Originally part of the Duchy of Cornwall Estate, Bullock House is a beautifully converted stone barn, occupying an elevated position above the head of Kingsmill Lake, a tidal creek running down to the Tamar Estuary. It is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This glorious setting is in the rural parish of Landulph, bounded to the North, East and South by the river Tamar. The landscape is of fields, hedgerows and wooded valleys.
It offers a wonderfully private, comfortable base, from which to explore Cornwall and West Devon. The historic naval City of Plymouth is less than 20 minutes drive away, across the famous Tamar Bridge. Two golf courses are nearby (about ten minutes away); St Mellion International Resort and the China Fleet Country Club.
Accommodation comprises a self-contained three bedroomed property, sleeping up to six people in one double and two twin rooms. Short breaks are available and special rates for couples.
